At Sabai Thai Elephant we pride ourselves on keeping our core values at the heart of what we do. We strive to be authentic and unique with our food and drink, whilst ensuring our customers feel truly relaxed and comfortable (the real meaning of the word ‘Sabai’) throughout their time with us. Our rich Thai values and ability to draw on Gina’s Thai heritage are key to the multiple awards that we have won over time; the latest award being achieved in May 2025.
Sourcing
We source authentic, fresh Thai ingredients and cater for varying diets – with many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available. Everything is cooked from scratch and to order – and as a result we are very aware of every ingredient we use. If you have particular intolerances or food allergies – just let us know at the time of order so that we can cater for all your needs. In addition – our restaurant is as suitable for those that need a quick meal as it is for those that prefer to linger. So, if you have time restrictions (perhaps you are going to the theatre), do let us know so that our chefs can ensure they can create the perfect meal for you. And although the majority of our customers choose to enjoy the ambiance, we pride ourselves on, we are able to deliver within a five mile radius.

Accompanied by authentic background music and the gentle hum of a Buddha waterfall, you will find our restaurant to be the perfect place to unwind. And as you experience the flavours and smells of classic Thai cuisine, you will feel as if you have been transported to a Thai world that you can lose yourself to.
