We are proud to say that our kichen staff here at Sabai have been rated as having very high standards of food safety management and fully comply with food safety legislation. I love to go out to restaurants and eat with my wife and I think this is a great scheme. Our Story
The Thai word Sabai means relaxed, precisely the way you will feel when you dine or have a drink with us. We are a family run business and are always at hand to make your night out as enjoyable as one might expect in the Land of Smiles.
Sabai Thai Gastrobar is conveniently situated in the centre of Brighton, adjacent to the historical Royal Pavilion Gardens and close to all the theatres including The Dome and Theatre Royal. You will be transported to the beach bars of Samui or the contemporary restaurants of Bangkok.
Choose from our extensive menu including many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes, accompanied by a fine bottle of wine locally supplied by St Martin Vintners. Or sit back and enjoy a cocktail or Thai beer in our cushioned area just like you would in Thailand.
Your gastronomic experience is made complete with fresh, authentic ingredients (some of which are grown by our family back in Thailand) and stylish, genuine Thai surroundings with Thai furniture and art decorating Sabai Thai Gastrobar. Painted in Bangkok by Thai artists, you can choose from a selection of fine art on our walls or have a piece made to order.
